On October 15, 2024, the Veterinary Medicine Study Program from Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP) visited the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Universitas Syiah Kuala (FVM USK) for a benchmarking session held in the VIP Room. This visit aimed to foster collaboration and share best practices between the two esteemed institutions, enhancing the quality of veterinary education and research in Indonesia.
During the visit, the delegation from UNP had the opportunity to explore various aspects of the Veterinary Medicine program at USK. They toured the laboratories and the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, gaining insights into the facilities and resources that support hands-on training and research. The visit provided a platform for exchanging ideas on curriculum development, clinical practices, and innovative teaching methodologies.
The discussions between the two faculties were productive, focusing on potential collaborative efforts in research and educational initiatives. To formalize the partnership, the representatives of both faculties signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) at the end of the visit.
