Banda Aceh, October 14, 2025 — The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Syiah Kuala (FVM USK), continues to expand its global footprint by signing a series of Memoranda of Understanding (MoU), Memoranda of Agreement (MoA), and Cooperation Agreements (PKS) with five strategic partners, both domestic and international.

The signing ceremony took place at the AAC Dayan Dawood Building, witnessed by the Vice Deans, program coordinators, partner representatives, and invited guests. The five partner institutions include Liberec Zoological Garden (Czech Republic), the Consortium for Research and Innovation in Artificial Intelligence Industry (KORIKA), Anugrah Satwa, the Banda Aceh Public Health Laboratory Center, and PT Awal Semangat Karya Medika.

Vice Dean for Student Affairs, Alumni, and Partnerships, Dr. drh. Faisal Jamin, M.Si., emphasized that these collaborations mark a significant milestone in strengthening FVM USK’s position as a globally recognized faculty.

“These partnerships not only broaden our academic and research networks but also create opportunities for internships, industry collaboration, and technology transfer for both students and lecturers,” he stated.

The cooperation covers joint research, scientific information exchange, human resource development, and innovation in veterinary technology.

Through these five new collaborations, FVM USK reaffirms its commitment to fostering cross-sectoral synergy to enhance the quality of education, research, and community engagement with global competitiveness.
