Syiah Kuala University, Darussalam, Banda Aceh, is once again accepting applications for new students in the Veterinary Professional Education Program (PPDH) at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University, for the Spring Semester of the 2024/2025 Academic Year, with the following requirements:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine or a Graduation Certificate (SKL) from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University.
- Prospective students must register directly at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University.
- Submit the application form to the registration secretariat for new students of the Veterinary Professional Education Program (PPDH) at FKH USK along with the following documents:
- A photocopy of the Veterinary Medicine Bachelor’s Degree or the Graduation Certificate (SKL).
- A photocopy of the certified Bachelor’s transcript in Veterinary Medicine.
- A photocopy of the thesis approval page.
- One 4×6 cm color passport photo (red background).
- A health certificate from a doctor.
- A certificate of being free from tuberculosis (TB).
- A stamped statement (Rp. 10,000) confirming participation in the Veterinary Professional Education Program (PPDH) signed by the parent/guardian or employer.
- One plastic folder (folio size, F4).
- Submission of application documents is from November 1 to December 13, 2024.
- Complete the registration form and submit the documents to the PPDH Program.
- Register online after the submitted documents have been verified.
- The announcement of new student admissions for the PPDH program will be on December 20, 2024.
- Payment of tuition fees follows the announcement of the acceptance of new students in the PPDH program at FKH USK.
- Those with a GPA ≤ 3.0 must take a written exam.
- Re-register by bringing a photocopy of the UKT payment receipt and a photocopy of the degree (for applicants who submitted the SKL).
