Banda Aceh, 28 November 2024 – The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Syiah Kuala University (FVM USK), hosted a webinar on “Enhancing Human Resources and Hospitality Management at the Animal Teaching Hospital (RSH)” on November 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM via Zoom.

The event was officially opened by the Dean of FVM USK, who emphasized the crucial role of human resource development and effective management in providing excellent veterinary services. In his opening remarks, the Dean highlighted the importance of adopting a hospitality-centered approach to improve client satisfaction and optimize patient care.

“This webinar is a step forward in ensuring that our Animal Teaching Hospital not only meets but exceeds the expectations of pet owners and animal care providers,” the Dean stated.

The webinar attracted participants from various veterinary institutions, hospital administrators, and veterinary practitioners, who engaged actively in the discussions. Attendees gained practical insights into improving service delivery and fostering a client-friendly environment in veterinary hospitals.
